Two ways to get a rotating louvred roof: the SB 400R is the updated pergola with all the mechanics inside the beam, while the SB 400MD is a roof module with no posts of its own that fits into an existing structure or a terrace opening.
The SB 400R is the new version of the SB 400PRO pergola. The main difference is that the motor and every part of the drive have moved inside the beam (245 + 50 mm for the opening mechanism): from the outside there are only clean aluminium planes, the electrics are protected from the weather, and service access has been thought through in advance. Movable Sunbreaker-type louvres change their angle, and the dimensions run up to 4 m wide, a 7 m span and 2.8 m high. The roof drains the water: two longitudinal or four perimeter gutters with overflows, and at least two DN50 drainage outlets.
The SB 400MD (Moduł Dachowy — roof module) is a louvred roof with no load-bearing structure: it rests on existing posts, a pergola or an opening between walls. Width up to 4 m, projection up to 7.03 m; the automated Sunbreaker louvres rotate up to 90° from the remote and, when closed, form a watertight roof. Gutters are an option, chosen to suit your structure.
If you need a complete pergola with posts and concealed mechanics, take the SB 400R. If you already have a gazebo, canopy or recess between walls that is crying out for a rotating roof, take the SB 400MD. Both are extruded aluminium with stainless fixings and an electric drive with remote control.
The SB 400R hides the whole drive in a 245 mm profile.
