Wanted fitters and dealers

Latvia · the Baltics · Europe

We have been making blinds and curtains since 2001, and we have more orders than we can install. We are looking for surveyor-fitters in towns across Latvia and the Baltics, and dealersready to represent FENSTORA in their own town or country.

Vacancies

Who we are looking for

Two roles on a different scale: you can start as a fitter and grow into our representative for your region.

Surveyor and fitter

You visit the client, take exact measurements and then install the product once it is made. This is the main role, and the one most in demand.

  • We provide the orders — no need to find clients
  • Payment per completed project
  • Training on our systems and full data sheets
  • You need: your own tools, a car and an eye for detail
  • Experience with windows, doors or furniture is a good starting point

Dealer · representative

You sell and install our products in your own town or country under the FENSTORA brand — with products straight from the workshop.

  • Dealer prices across the whole range
  • Catalogues, samples and marketing materials
  • Training and technical support on the products
  • Help with quoting complex projects
  • Suited to established window and refurbishment firms

Questions

Frequently asked questions about the work

Do I need experience with blinds specifically?

It helps, but it is not essential. If you are confident with tools and careful with finishing work — we will train you: we will show you the fixing details, give you the data sheets and back you up at the start. Experience with windows, doors, furniture or curtain tracks is a good starting point.

What form does the cooperation and the payment take?

We work with self-employed people and companies under a contract for services: payment per completed project. The rates depend on the type of product, how complex the installation is and whether you take on the survey — we discuss this at the interview and agree it before the work starts.

What does a fitter need to have?

Your own tools (a hammer drill, a screwdriver, a level and a stepladder), a car for the travel and an eye for detail. A surveyor also needs to take measurements accurately and be easy for the client to talk to.

How does a dealer differ from a fitter?

A dealer represents FENSTORA in their own town or country: they receive products from our workshop at dealer prices, work with the clients directly, and we provide the catalogues, samples, training and technical support. A fitter works on our orders and is paid per project.

And if my town is not on the list?

Write to us anyway. The list above shows where fitters are needed right now, but we are expanding our coverage, and a good fitter or partner is reason enough to open up a new area.
